Inner Critic Workshop

In this creative and therapeutic workshop for adults, you’ll bring your Inner Critic to life through a playful, hands-on activity designed to help you explore and manage anxious thoughts. Guided by evidence-based cognitive-behavioral strategies, you’ll learn to identify unhelpful thought patterns, reframe them, and develop practical coping skills to quiet your inner critic.

All supplies are included & a light snack will be provided

Once registered, you will receive a personalized email containing forms that each participant must complete before the workshop date. Then, simply get ready to come and create!

Please note: The workshop requires a minimum of four participants. If enrollment is below this threshold, the session will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

Info: Luisa received her master’s degree in art therapy from The George Washington University

and is a board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC.) She is an experienced visual artist with years of experience teaching art and facilitating expressive art groups and workshops. Luisa strongly believes in the power of the art-making process in healing.
