Anger is sacred fuel. Voice is a birthright. In this monthly somatic circle for women**, we honor the fire of rage and the courage of sound. For those who’ve been called “too much” (and are ready to own it) or “not enough” (and are done believing it).
Depending on the season, theme, and what’s showing up for folx, we may explore: somatic release, radical witnessing, boundary alchemy, and full moon rituals to transform what no longer serves.
Whether you’re navigating healing, seeking emotional tools, or craving connection, all are welcome. Come as you are—boisterous, tender, or just curious. Whether you’ve been called ‘hysterical,’ told to ‘smile more,’ or exhausted by ‘nice girl’ rules—all of you (including your anger and voice) is celebrated here.
🕢 Doors open at 5:45pm. Circle starts at 6 and wraps by 7:15pm — with time to reset before 7:30pm somatics.

Our women's circles are for unraveling those traces and remembering our innate wisdom—together. Each Monday holds a different focus in honor of the various roles we play—where we can be held in the fullness of who we are, exactly as we are.
