A safe place for women** to gather and share this (50yrs+) chapter of life with one another. This is the place for vulnerable shares and embodiment practices on the unsensored realities of aging. It's a space to be supported, encouraged and empowered to make it the best chapter yet.
Practices we may explore beyond discussion: tantra, somatic release, radical witnessing, chakra healing, and intergenerational healing—passing what we've learned forward without bypassing our own needs.
Whether you're navigating an empty nest, caring for aging parents, rediscovering who you are post-career, or simply tired of being invisible in a youth-obsessed culture, this is space to get real with the fullness at this stage: the grief, the freedom, the rage, the unexpected joy.
🕢 Doors open at 5:45pm. Circle starts at 6 and wraps by 7:15pm — with time to reset before 7:30pm somatics.

Our women's circles are for unraveling those traces and remembering our innate wisdom—together. Each Monday holds a different focus in honor of the various roles we play—where we can be held in the fullness of who we are, exactly as we are.
