Teacher Training Master Class: Finding peace in a frantic world

What & Who:
This one-day master class with Beate Trück is for mindfulness teachers and trainees who want to bring the popular Finding Peace in a Frantic World curriculum into their work.

You will learn the structure and theory behind the 8-week programme, practise key exercises, and explore how to adapt it for different groups and settings. The day includes guided practice, peer reflection, and teaching tips, as well as a handbook and certificate.
