Yin to the Heart with Jen Layden

Join Jen Layden for an inspired, heart-centered Yin Yoga event:

Yin is a practice of stillness and release, giving us the opportunity to relieve our bodies of tension and free our minds of worry, allowing us to open our hearts to the many blessings in our lives. Journey into your heart through mindful movement, breath work and meditation. Jen shares her deep reverence for the practice and her students, as your guide for this thoughtful and engaging yoga event.

This 90 minute practice will include your favorite yin postures, with restorative options offered. Enjoy thoughtful readings, gratitude meditations, healing vibrations of sound through crystal bowls and chimes.
Each participant receives one of Jen’s handmade contemplation cards!

All are welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary. Feel free to bring your own props and blankets and we have plenty for you to borrow.

Jen Layden is a 200 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). She is always excited to share the healing benefits of yoga and meditation with her students and is passionate about her own continued education as a lifelong student.
