Reiki & Restorative with Pro Antonoglou & Jen Layden

Join Reiki Master & Practitioner Pro Antonoglou and experienced yoga teacher Jen Layden for an afternoon of relaxation, restoration and healing. Begin by setting your sankalpa, or heartfelt vow, to release what no longer serves you making space for positive growth and healing.

Ease into completely supported yoga postures designed to lessen any tension and tightness in the body. Receive individual Reiki while being led through guided meditation and sound healing. Pro will clear, restore and rebalance your energetic body with divine Reiki. The vibrations of crystal bowls, chakra chimes, rain sticks and drums will amplify your healing.

The practice will conclude with a flying wish paper ceremony that will leave you feeling lighter, brighter and at peace. Bolsters, blankets, blocks and scented eye cloths will be provided. Bring any extra pillows and blankets for comfort.
