In June, a 3-week acrylic workshop program begins with this painting session, Friday, June 6th, 1-4pm. Three hours should be long enough to break down a photo image inspiration and block in the values for creating an abstract like these found images. Which style speaks to you?
Becca guides beginners to advance level artists through the process of painting loosely by beginning with BLOCKING IN THE VALUES.
Each session gives you the opportunity to expand on the technique. The concept is designed to help you create beautiful paintings more quickly, starting small and enlarging the finished size each week.
You can come to all three dates by registering and purchasing one ticket for each date by going to each separate event post and getting a ticket.

$65 class fee for each date (plus tax) you bring your supplies and tools
$130 includes the $65 supply fee (plus tax) if you need a supply kit use this option

--Kit includes beginners set of Pro Quality Golden Brand Heavy Body Acrylic paints--Cad Red, Alizarin Crimson, Ultramarine Blue, Cad Yellow, Titanium White plus Glazing Liquid.
--Also includes small beginners brush set, palette knife set, sketch book, color wheel & painting surface (panel or canvas).
All students should bring a water cup, paper towels, apron or smock, palette paper or plastic plates, brushes, palette knives, acrylic paints, glazing liquid for acrylics, painting surface, and a tabletop easel if you have one.
