Yoga and Sound Healing Event to Celebrate International Yoga Day

Join us for a rejuvenating experience as we celebrate International Yoga Day with a unique event that combines the calming practices of yoga and the healing power of sound. This event is perfect for individuals of all skill levels, whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner. Yoga class will be led by Sheila Lehman & crystal sound bowls will be played by Melissa Amieka

Event Details:

Time: 3:00 - 4:00 PM
Location: Yoga on Main
Cost: $20 per person (includes yoga session and sound healing experience)
(15% discount for all unlimited membership holders)

What to Bring:
Yoga mat (we have plenty at the studio if you don't have one)
Comfortable clothing
Water bottle
Any personal items for comfort (blankets, cushions, etc.)
