Mindful Moments. Finding Peace in the Present - Equine Assisted Learning Workshop

Life gets busy. Sometimes we barely have a spare moment to think. In this workshop we’re gifting ourselves an afternoon of peaceful presence with some of the most mindful creatures on the planet — horses.

As herd and prey animals, horses just get it. They know that the present moment is indeed the perfect moment — for finding safety, peace and connection with themselves, their environment and each other.

The present moment is also our perfect moment. Let’s take some time for presence.
