Self Compassion. Calming Our Inner Critic - Equine Assisted Learning Workshop

In our fast-paced and achievement-driven culture, we often place high expectations on ourselves and measure our worth based on our accomplishments. However, this relentless pressure can lead to anxiety, self doubt and burnout.

In this horse-guided workshop, we’ll explores ways to embrace the challenges of life while also giving ourselves grace when we fall short of our expectations.

While it may seem counterintuitive, research has shown that self-compassion actually leads to greater resilience, motivation and emotional well-being.

What is self compassion?
Simply put, it’s treating ourselves with kindness and understanding when we struggle. We acknowledge our difficulties and imperfections without self-judgment or harsh criticism. Self-compassion is essential for our well-being:
