Kundalini Yoga ~ Mondays in August @6PM

In honor of our August theme of the "Inner Elder", Laika Earthkeeper ERYT500 will guide this class through Chanting, Kriyas, & Pranayama to move the Kundalini energy through the Sushumna (the main energy channel that runs parallel along the spine).

Cost is $20 or included with membership!
