Journey to the Garden of Eden

In honor of our "Inner Elder" theme this month we will be offering different Shamanic Journeys. Shamanic journeying is the inner art of traveling to the "invisible worlds" beyond ordinary reality to retrieve information for change in any area of our lives-from spirituality and health to work and relationships.
Shamanic journeying is a practice commonly found among indigenous peoples. The shamanic traveler journeys to the inner planes of consciousness.


Shamanic journeying is a way of communicating with your inner or spirit self and retrieve information. Your inner self is in constant communication with all aspects of your environment, seen and unseen. You need only journey within to find answers to your questions. Shamanic journeying may be undertaken for purposes of divination, for personal healing, to meet one's power animal or spirit guide, or for any number of other reasons.
