June Full Moon Ceremony

The full moon is our opportunity each lunar cycle to release & let go through awareness of what's been going on around us and within us. During this 90-minute experience, we combine elements of astrology, yoga, meditation, journaling, tarot/oracle cards and open connection to create a powerful & intentional reset. You have the option to join us:

1. LIVE in person at Backwards Yoga Studio (116 N 2nd St)
2. LIVE via Zoom Call
3. Whenever it works via recording (sent via messenger)

To prepare, you'll create a cozy space in your home and be sure to include your favorite beverage & notebook/pen. This is your time to reflect, connect, grow, and let go! The zoom call link will be emailed out on the day of the event & the recording link will be sent out the following morning. Each month also comes with a healing crystal- mailed to you at no extra charge! If you'd like to receive your crystal in time for the ceremony- please sign up by the Monday BEFORE to make sure you get it delivered in time!

**Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be doing a short yoga flow during the ceremony.
