Mending textiles is a popular and effective way to reduce waste and pollution. Every culture has its unique methods, and they are excited to introduce you to Boro, the Japanese art of mending. This tradition utilises the sashiko stitch, a simple yet beautiful technique to renew fabric.

The repetitive movements of sashiko stitching can also promote mindfulness, offering a chance for your body to reset and activate its natural healing and renewal processes.
