Greg is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) leader and will guide you through centering exercises to help you find peace and clarity. Learn the basics and benefits of meditation in our community tent, classroom space, or hopefully - outside in nature!🌿 Meditation is held rain or shine.
