New term of pilates classes at Eden Blue, Old Town, Eastbourne, from Tuesday 9th September, 9.30am🧘‍♀️♥️😃

Get fit, strong, mobile, flexible and improve your balance, so you can carry on doing all the activities you love - dancing, playing with your children /grandchildren, gardening, horseriding, golf, skiing etc!

All inclusive class, lovely, friendly group, suitable for beginners to intermediate.

School term-time only.

Payment options:
🧘‍♀️ £63 for 7 weeks
🧘‍♀️ £10 for first class, then £12 pay as you go option therafter
