PTFA Social and AGM meeting

Our next PTF Social and AGM will take place on the 9th of September from 7.00pm at Roselands School.

Part of the meeting is about voting in the committee for the coming year. There are three formal roles (Chair, Treasurer and Secretary) but we can have more committee members - people who take an active part in making the PTFA run, have a vote in all decisions and are trustees of the charity (along with those in named roles). All current committee members step down at the AGM and a new committee is elected.

Our current Chair and Secretary are standing down this year so we are looking for a new Secretary, Co-Secretary and Committee Members. The current Co-Chair is happy to step up as Chair and the previous Secretary will be able to help whenever it will be necessary to ensure a smooth handover (and so that whoever takes them on isn't thrown into the deep end).
