About the event

Sound bath with Guided Meditation
Come, relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Each session will last about an hour and will include guided meditation. Participants should bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever they need to be comfortable on the floor. (table available by request for those who cannot lay on floor) Pre-registration is required. 8 spaces available for each sound bath. $30/per person (payment is due at time of registration) You can register by email (dmhpbGxwdCB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t) or phone (802)472-1519
Sound healing is not recommended for anyone with a pacemaker or who is pregnant
