Somatics & Sound

Nicole and Victoria are teaming up to bring you this night of relaxation, gentle movement and nervous system regulation. Somatic exercise consists of slow, gentle movement that helps to improve your mobility, relax your body and can help heal trauma that is stored in the body. These gentle movements with be accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Sound healing is not recommended for anyone with a pacemaker or who is pregnant.
$60/person, space limited to 6
