Get ready to JAM! This FREE cardio dance pop-up is your sneak peek into the party we'll be throwing on Main Street for the East Greenwich Music Stroll on July 17th (exact time TBA) Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just want to move your body and feel good, this class is for you.
We're partnering with Glimmer of Hope, a foundation supporting children with cancer and their families. This is more than a workout—it’s community, energy, and purpose all rolled into one.
