Write to Heal Workshop with Nikki Ball – Trauma-Informed Educator ✨

Join Nikki Ball, a trauma-informed educator, on Sunday, June 8th from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM for a transformative workshop where writing, meditation, and breathwork come together to help you process emotions and heal. You’ll be guided through writing exercises, mindful meditation, and breath-centered movement designed to release stuck emotions and cultivate healing.

What to Expect:
- Writing prompts to help process and express emotions
- Meditation for clarity and emotional balance
- Breathwork and movement to release tension and reconnect with your body

Open to all individuals 15 and older. This safe, supportive space will allow you to heal, reflect, and grow with gentle guidance from a trauma-informed approach.
