Come join me at Masterson’s Garden Center in East Aurora NY for this fun introduction level class into the basics of sugar cookie decorating! Learn everything you need to get started in this sweet art form! Weather permitting, we will be outside in their beautiful gardens. But don’t worry, if there is rain will be indoors.
Patti, from Confectionery Perfections is here to help! In this 2 hour class, we'll cover intermediate techniques for sugar cookie decorating, such as wet on wet technique and detail line piping! We will also do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile.
Let’s have a Sweet Shrubbery good time and learn some cool techniques and decorate 6 cookies with 4 bags of icing! You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics and intermediate tricks of royal icing!
