Join Brooke Reynolds and Sue Dibble for a 45 minute yoga flow concluding with a 15 minute sound bath during Savasana to celebrate the summer solstice! ☀️

We will focus on Sun A (vinyasa with extended mountain pose) and Sun B (vinyasa with warrior one and two poses) salutations as we flow. The summer solstice marks the beginning of summer and the longest day of the year. It is a time of peak illumination, abundance and joy!

Come feel rejuvenated as you move and finally find relaxation during our sound bath.
