🇨🇺 Suelta & Cuban Body Movement (4-weeks)

Cuban Dance
• no partner required (this is solo dancing)
• some previous dance experience is recommended
• online registration is required

In this series, we will explore rhythms and movement, and make short sequences to:
• makuta
• cuban mambo
• rumba coLUmbia
• guaguanco
• pilon
• son cubano

Once we have a fluency in these rhythms, we will use their movements to create a coherent, clean, solo sequence to a modern timba.
