Partner Yoga

NOTE: Your registration covers TWO people (yourself + your guest). Only one person of the pair needs to register.

In this workshop, we invite you to discover and explore what it takes to practice yoga asana with another person. Whether you come with a significant other, bestie, yoga buddy, or family member, practicing partner yoga is always a lot of fun. We open the practice by being together, breathing together, and creating connection. Then we practice many familiar yoga poses in partnership - doing some poses together and giving each other hands-on adjustments and assists in others. This practice is a safe place to laugh, build trust, and be curious. Often participants say that it teaches us about communication not only with our own bodies but with those of other people.
