INE 2025: Driving Regional Growth and Opportunity for All

Insights North East third annual conference will take place on Thursday, 26th June at the Redhills Miners Hall in Durham. This year’s theme will focus on the underlying drivers that have been affecting outcomes in the North East for decades. The conference will bring together policymakers, academics, experts, and individuals from a wide range of organisations for a day of engaging and thoughtful conversations.

Joining our conference will be Dr. Danny Sriskandarajah, Chief Executive of the New Economics Foundation. Danny's previous roles include CEO of Oxfam GB, Secretary General of CIVICUS, Director of the Royal Commonwealth Society, Interim Director of the Commonwealth Foundation and various posts at the Institute for Public Policy Research. Danny's extensive experience and his recent book, ​“Power to the People” (Headline Press, 2024), offer an invaluable perspective that will deliver a profound and compelling keynote.
