Feltmaking at Crook Hall Gardens

Create your own unique piece of artwork using the ancient art of felting. This workshop is an excellent introduction to felting. You will learn how to handle and lay out the wool fibres to create a background for your picture, and layer it up with a variety of wool, silk and yarns to create texture and detail. You will finish your picture by felting it with soap and water.

All materials are provided. If you have a image you would like to make, then do bring it along, otherwise Kath will have some on hand to use for inspiration.
