Hatha Yoga

Each Sunday we offer 2 classes back to back; the first is yoga and styles vary throughout the month between Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa Flow- please see the weekly posts (usually on Fridays) on my page for more info.

These soulful Sunday sessions also feature a different theme each week

🧘‍♂️ Meditate & Relax 4.30-5.30pm

🙏🏻 Classes are only £4 each thanks to subsidised funding from the national lottery community fund, and
if you do both together it’s only £6.50

✍️ No booking required
All levels welcome
Bring a pillow/blanket if you can
