Meditate & Relax

💌 The 2nd of our weekly Sunday classes are mindfulness based and feature gentle movement, meditation & relaxation techniques. Our practises are layered with holistic elements, such as colour therapy and aromatherapy.
They occasionally may also incorporate journalling exercises.

Our soulful Sunday sessions feature a different theme each week- please see the weekly posts on my feed (usually on Fridays) for more information.

🧘‍♂️ Meditate & Relax 4.30-5.30pm

🙏🏻 Classes are only £4 each thanks to subsidised funding from the national lottery community fund, and
if you do both together it’s only £6.50

All levels welcome
