Come as you are, or bring your comfiest clothes, a pillow & blanket.
In this class we’ll focus on rising from our foundations, which is perfect for beginners and equally as suitable for anyone looking to advance their practice

💌 an additional invite is to wear or bring something red, to add an element of colour therapy

🧘‍♀️ Hatha Yoga 3-4pm
🧘‍♂️ Meditate & Relax 4.30-5.30pm

🙏🏻 Classes are only £4 each thanks to subsidised funding from the national lottery community fund, and
if you do both together it’s only £6.50
