💌 In the 2nd of our Sunday classes we mindfully slow things down with meditation & relaxation techniques that are layered with holistic elements.

🏮 Our theme this weekend is RISE and our colour choice is RED, feel free to bring or wear something in that choice

🧘‍♀️ Hatha Yoga 3-4pm
🧘‍♂️ Meditate & Relax 4.30-5.30pm

🙏🏻 Classes are only £4 each thanks to subsidised funding from the national lottery community fund, and
if you do both together it’s only £6.50

All levels welcome
