Posture Assessment and exercise prescription clinic

Horse and rider assessment and exercise prescription clinic, Houghall college, 20th July, with Natasha Andrews, Ukcc 4 coach and Vet Physiotherapist (PgDip)
Sessions include assessment of posture and muscular skeletal system of each horse followed by a targeted exercise session to improve core strength, muscle strength and condition and proprioception. Each participant will receive an assessment sheet and a bespoke exercise plan including access to training videos for help and support
Ideal for all horses in particular RoR horses, young horses, horses stepping up in their training or competition level, companion horses for maintenance and relationship development.
