Deep Sound Bowl Meditation Evening

Join Stephen on a journey of self-discovery at Ushaw Historic House 🏰

He will be using the power of Tibetan and crystal sound bowls to reconnect you with body & mind, allowing mental and physical tension to melt away. The space created will aid in bringing conscious awareness and clarity into your life 🎼

How will the evening work?

✅ You will be welcomed with Herbal tea.
✅ After some focused breath-work, Stephen will use a mix of Tibetan & crystal sound bowls & to bring you into a deep state of meditation.
✅ From here he will use the space created to take you on a journey of self-discovery.
