Yoga for Beginners: 8 Week Course

with Jasmin from Inner Tuition.

An introduction to the key foundations of yoga, both for absolute beginners, or people wanting to get back into yoga after a long break. Returning students are welcome.
We will learn:
* breathing exercises
* moving sequences
* relaxation techniques
* and some of the history, theory, anatomy, principles and philosophy of yoga.
Everything is demonstrated and explained, and students are guided and encouraged to work at their own pace, in appreciation of everyone’s uniqueness.
Each class is 1 hour 15 minutes long. A wonderful opportunity for some quality 'me' time, and on a deeper level, gives the chance to reconnect with your inner self, your Inner Tuition.
Yoga is a practical and holistic system for vibrant health of body, mind and soul.
It can be used as a powerful tool for transformation, or simply as a great way to improve our physical wellbeing + to de-stress. Yoga is fantastic for improving posture as well as increasing our strength, mobility and general vitality. It is great for aches + pains, old injuries, stress + anxiety, general fitness, and many (if not all!) health issues.
