Abstract:
This lecture explores how we can reimagine Pacific leadership rooted in local values and ethical governance. Drawing from my experience in international law, higher education, and Solomon Islands nation-building, I will reflect on the transformative potential of Pacific universities in shaping inclusive, decolonised development pathways.
