Dundee Breathwork Circle

You are warmly invited to an afternoon of calm and connection.

Guided gently and safely, you’ll be invited to explore your breath as a powerful tool for emotional release and nervous system regulation.

We practice Elemental Rhythm breathwork which uses a range of breath patterns paired with music to create an immersive experience. Expect two hours of connection, movement, sound therapy, Reiki, meditation and integration time.

Whether you're completely new to breathwork or returning to deepen your practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

🌀 No experience necessary: This is an inclusive space open to everyone and beginners are warmly welcome.

🌀 Health Info: Breathwork is generally very safe for most people, but there are a few health conditions where extra care is needed, such as PTSD, epilepsy, certain heart conditions, or pregnancy. All participants will be required to sign a short waiver form before attending.

🌀 Sliding Scale Payment: We offer three contribution levels - please choose the one that feels right for your circumstances. No proof or explanation needed - your honesty is enough.

🌱 Seed (£15) – For those in need of support to attend

🌸 Bloom (£22) – A balanced rate that sustains the space

🍎 Fruitful (£30) – A generous rate that helps others access breathwork too
