In this special New Moon Flow, Marcy will guide you through a nurturing and intuitive practice designed to help you reconnect with your heart’s desires and align with the energy of fresh beginnings.
You’ll move through gentle postures, intentional breathwork, and mindful pauses for reflection. Together, we’ll create space to call in new habits, abundant energy, loving relationships, or anything your soul is ready to manifest.

Bring a journal if you’d like — we’ll close with time for intention setting and affirmation under this magical dark moon sky.
