Join Niamh for this two hour workshop on all things inverted! During this session Niamh will break down the elements required to handstand and safely invert your body in more challenging postures such as forearm balance and headstand. She will teach you how to incorporate them safely into your yoga or movement practice.
Inverting your body requires attention to detail and demands not only strength, but mobility and technique. Niamh’s approach is grounded in all of these areas and she will show you how to break things right down in order to achieve the desired goal.
This workshop is open to all levels but it will focus on some advanced postures. Niamh draws upon techniques from a variety of different movement practices so wherever you are in your journey so you are sure to learn something new. Come and learn the skills and drills necessary to progress your practice.
