Glow and Flow: Queen Edition

“Don’t Stop Me Now” — we’re having a good time!

Join Sydnie Mulcahy, CYT-200 yoga teacher and certified meditation and mindfulness guide, for a Queen-themed, black light-lit vinyasa yoga class on Friday, May 30th at 6:30pm ET (75 minutes) at Moonlight & Mindfulness in Dracut, MA.

We’ll flow through dynamic, upbeat sequences to the iconic sounds of Freddie and the band—think heart-pumping vinyasa to Another One Bites the Dust, and mindful cool-down to Somebody to Love. No matter your yoga experience, this is your chance to shine like a true Bohemian Rhapsody.

Wear neon or black and white to glow under the lights, and get ready to move, breathe, and rock out on your mat.
