Glow and Flow: Blink-182 vs. Simple Plan

“What’s my age again?” Hopefully still young enough to rock out during yoga!

Join Sydnie Mulcahy, CYT-200 yoga teacher and certified meditation and mindfulness guide, for a blacklight vinyasa class that pits pop-punk legends Blink-182 and Simple Plan against each other in a battle of the throwback anthems.

Expect to switch back and forth between songs from each artist as you flow through a high-energy sequence that’s part movement, part nostalgia, and full teenage angst.

Wear neon or white to glow in the dark — and feel free to bring your inner mall punk. Please bring your own mat and props. This class is 75 minutes in length. Space is limited, sign up now!
