Glow and Flow: 90s/2000s Metalcore Edition

“I tried so hard and got so far… but in the end, it doesn’t even matter.” Unless it’s yoga under black lights, of course!

Join Sydnie Mulcahy, CYT-200 yoga teacher and certified meditation and mindfulness guide, for a glow-in-the-dark vinyasa flow set to the pounding drums, aggressive guitars, and cathartic screams of 90s and 2000s metalcore. Think Korn, Linkin Park, System of a Down, Evanescence, and more.

This class is a gritty, high-intensity flow with powerful poses, primal energy, and deep release — designed to match the raw emotion of the music. A grounding cool-down will bring you back to center, so you leave feeling fierce and focused.

Wear your best neon or band tee to light up the mat. Please bring your own mat and props. This class is 75 minutes in length. Space is limited, sign up now!
