Glow and Flow: Woodstock Revival Edition

Join Sydnie Mulcahy, CYT-200 yoga teacher and certified meditation and mindfulness guide, on Friday, August 22nd at 6:30pm ET (75 minutes) for a black light-lit yoga class celebrating the spirit of Woodstock.

We’ll flow to the music of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Santana, and other legendary artists who graced the iconic 1969 stage. Expect a free-spirited, grounding practice infused with dynamic movement, breathwork, and feel-good energy that captures the essence of peace, love, and music.

Wear neon, white, or your best tie-dye to shine under the black lights.
