Glow and Flow: The Beatles Edition

“Come together, right now… for yoga.”

On Friday, August 1st at 6:30pm ET (75 minutes), join Sydnie Mulcahy, CYT-200 yoga teacher and certified meditation and mindfulness guide, for a black light yoga class soundtracked by the timeless music of The Beatles.

This all-levels vinyasa class weaves breath and movement to the classic sounds of Here Comes the Sun, Let It Be, and Across the Universe. Expect a balanced mix of dynamic flow and deep stretches, topped off with a blissful savasana.

Wear neon or white to glow bright and honor the Fab Four in style.
