Hosted at Brewery Faisan, just minutes from Belle Isle, each pop-up will feature a curated, small-batch menu of Liberian dishes paired with recommended craft beers. From spicy skewers and golden plantains to our signature Monrovia wings, goat shank, and jollof rice—every bite tells a story of heritage and home.
