The Health, Love, and Music Festival is a dynamic celebration of Detroit’s Motown legacy, mental health awareness, and community empowerment. Hosted along the iconic Stevie Wonder Avenue, this event brings together music, wellness, and purpose to uplift our community.

Legacy of Empowerment: Founded in 1982 by Dr. Sharon DuMas, Full and Fabulous Global has inspired generations of plus-size women and girls to embrace their confidence and self-worth.
Our belief: “Full and Fabulous is a state of mind, not a dress size.”
Our Impact:
The festival provides a crucial platform to address mental health disparities, particularly in minority communities, which were exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
