Reading and Rhythm on the Riverfront- Sensory Table and Sponsors will be There!

The program boasts live and interactive family entertainment and free books sponsored by Priority Health in partnership with the Detroit Public Library’s “Library on Wheels.”

The program will take place at Gabriel Richard Park — a large riverfront oasis located off of Jefferson Avenue at the foot of the Belle Isle Bridge.

This summer we are excited to welcome back We Shall Read as a partner at Reading and Rhythm on the Riverfront. We Shall Read is a local non-profit on a mission to equip caregivers with simple and engaging tools to help improve their child's reading. Be sure to check out their free and fun resources at their table at Reading and Rhythm on the Riverfront this summer.

The sensory event will take place on August 1st 10am-11:30am.
