Sensory Story Time

Sensory Story Time is a welcoming and flexible story time for children who may need a calmer space, including kids with autism or sensory needs. GBC will be available for questions and have a resource table for caregivers.

Here’s what to expect:
🧸 A Calm Space
Lights are low, noise is soft, and the group is small.
💬 Join In Your Own Way
Children can move around, take breaks, or just watch. There’s no pressure to sit still.
🛋️ Quiet Area Available
A cozy spot with books and fidgets will be available if your child needs a break.
👨‍👩‍👧 Caregivers Welcome
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to join and support their child.

Sensory Story Time is a safe and understanding place for all children to enjoy stories. We can't wait to read with you!
