Your nervous system is always working to protect you. The moments of anxiety, frustration, or shutdown aren’t signs of failure—they’re signals. With understanding and care, you can learn to recognize these patterns and gently guide yourself back to balance.
This workshop is a space for learning, reflection, and support. Through Polyvagal Theory, you’ll explore how your nervous system moves through different states—safety and connection, fight-or-flight, and shutdown. You’ll begin to notice these shifts in your daily life and discover simple, accessible ways to bring yourself back to a place of ease.
Together, we’ll weave in breathwork, mindfulness, and movement, offering tools to regulate and reconnect. You’ll also create your Personal Polyvagal Map, helping you identify what nurtures your sense of safety and what pulls you away from it.
Led by a licensed clinical therapist and trauma specialist Tony Veggian, and certified yoga teacher Erica Johnson, this workshop blends science with embodied practice, offering both knowledge and tangible ways to integrate it into your life.
There is nothing to fix—only more of yourself to understand. You are already whole. This is simply an invitation to return to yourself with more kindness, awareness, and care.
