Join us for a night of pure cosmos and constellations in the form of music. A showcase of three different artists who are all based in Detroit, they plan to bring an ambient experimental vibe to classic songwriting. Kicking our night off will be M. Slaughter, an artist who pushes the envelope of combining experimental sounds with acoustic chordial phrases, combined with carefully selected melodies.
Second off, Bonnie Hook, a songwriter inspired by classic Americana artists such as Joni Mitchell, will play a full band set of genre bending ambient folk music.
Last, but not least, artist Chandra will play a stripped down spacey acoustic set, performing renditions of songs that are going to be released on his EP "thoughts of agape" and album "a love's refuge".
