A Gary Grimshaw Evening - Exploring the Legacy of one of Detroit's most iconic poster artists.

Urbanum is very excited to be hosting an evening celebrating the art of the late Gary Grimshaw. Gary was a Detroit graphic designer and poster artist who created iconic posters for the Grande Ballroom and other venues along with album covers for top artists. HIs wife Laura and fellow colleague Kristi have created a company, Moonbeam Moonsong, to honor his legacy.We'll have a selection of officially licensed art for sale. This is going to be a fun evening!!

We'll be serving light refreshments and sharing other fun highlights of Gary''s career. Stay tuned!!
